Yes. Add an extra bag to your scheduled pickup for $39, up to 15 lb. Request it by 6 PM the day before. Approved excess weight is $2.75/lb.

Send dry everyday laundry with empty pockets, and make sure the bag closes fully. Dry-clean-only, delicate, bulky, hazardous and high-value items should stay out. See the full terms for complete exclusions.

You can pause between billing cycles with 48 hours’ notice and cancel before your next renewal.

Customer-missed pickups count toward that service cycle, and unused bag allowances do not roll over.

Tell us within 48 hours. We’ll correct affected items at no charge. If we can’t, we’ll refund the affected service. Garment claims are handled under the full terms.

Founding Member enrollment is open. A service start date has not yet been announced. We’ll contact you before service starts to confirm your pickup day and arrange bag delivery.

Your first four weeks are prepaid today. Your next payment is four weeks after service activation: $199 for Individual or $349 for Household, then every four weeks until canceled. No recurring subscription begins at enrollment.

You’ll receive your payment confirmation. Before service begins, we’ll contact you to confirm your weekly pickup day, your pickup spot and delivery of your Laundry Dudes bag.

Yes. Individual includes one bag per weekly pickup; Household includes two. We’ll arrange delivery before your first pickup. Each bag holds up to 15 lb.
